[IMAGE] Juggling Many Things. Ink and watercolour.
I was struggling with lots of things on my mind and things I want, or need, to do. It doesn’t take much (and they don’t have to be major things) when you have brain fog with ME/CFS.
Talking things over with hubbie and making lists has saved the day again.
Besides - look how pretty all those things look.

Huh?
Whilst I was drawing this my husband said it looked like him - it wasn’t in my mind when I started but I added his hair to it. So this is sort of what Paul looks like without his glasses when he’s a bit confused. Sort of.

Really I was trying out one one my new Copic Multiliner pens - this one the brush pen. Very nice pen indeed!

[IMAGE] My Nib Wears Down. Ink (PITT). A6.
I’ve been using Faber Castell PITT artist pens this last year or more for the majority of my drawings. Starting a new pen can often kickstart more stylised drawing for me. But with a fine and superfine pen it’s so easy for me to wear the nib down quickly because of my style of drawing. My lovely round tipped nib becomes chisel shaped and it impedes the flow of ink.
My pens are busted long before the ink runs out :o(
I’ve just bought some Copic Multiliners to try which you can also replace the nibs on and refill.

I’ve updated the Thumbnail page to show some of my favourites and highlights across the life of this blog.
I’ve also created a new page of thumbnails for 2008 work which I will update periodically.
These pages are a quick way to find a particular piece or to browse through my work more easily.
In the 2006-2007 page you’ll see photographs as well as drawings, paintings and sculpture. But in the highlights and the 2008 page I’m leaving the photographs out as you can see those in my Flickr pages.
