This is what happens when you get Flyman (our cat) to play with the scanner. Just for fun …

Fluffy ears – but keeping his distance.

Wobbly fingers.

Can’t hold back any longer and he tapped the glass with his paw.

Removable ears! Freaky!

And finally – an abstract sort of cat.

That’s fantastic. You scanned the cat. How cool is that???
Please can you come round and scan Miscou when we get her back. I think it could be the start of a major art movement….

Mikki: How about we give you the scanner and Flyman and you can do whatever you like with them both?
We’ll get a new scanner…and a puppy

First – we are going to need a bigger scanner to maximise Miscou’s super furriness.
Second – did you used to go to that site cat-scan.com? That was just pictures of cats sitting on flat bed scanners with big paws and furry bottoms. Very funny. Apparently now defunct

So instead here are three cat and scanner links instead:

PS: Our scanner is not strong enough to let old dump-truck Flyman stand on it. Do not be duped by my husband.

I have just finished reading a book that, whilst rubbish in many other respects, featured a cat called Chairman Miaow. Possibly the best cat name ever.
Hmm. You may have to scan small bits of Miscou at a time. My scanner doubles as a fax machine. If I work on it carefully I could scan her in and fax her straight off.
