Pinhole Camera (Drawing)

pinhole camera

My dad bought me a Science Museum pinhole camera kit from a car boot sale.

I assembled it yesterday and started taking pictures. I think I took pictures anyway. I am wildly guessing about exposure times and the film I have is too sensitive really. Oh well!

This drawing is A6 (approx 6 ” x 4″). Ink and watercolour.

Oh, wow………the fun of knowing someone a generation younger than myself:-) We all had those as kids, but there weren’t kits. We just made them from a shoebox (can’t for the life of me remember how) and no fancy knobs or dials. I do remember it was VERY hit or miss as to whether you would get a real picture — but that made it fun.
