Other Vivi Photos from Northumberland Hols

What I did on my holidays … through the plastic lens of a Vivitar Ultra Slim and Wide …

Did you ever have to write that “What I did on my holidays” when you went back to school?

It’s good to have lots to report from our break in coastal Northumberland …

Seahouses, Alnwick Gardens and treehouse, Bamburgh Castle (for the outside only), Low Newton by Sea, Beadnell on the beach and a walk to the harbour, Selby with it’s Abbey then Anish Kapoor’s new huge public sculpture Temenos in Middlesburgh on the way home (we also got to see his small but awe inspiring exhibition at the MIMA too).

There will be more photos from my Holga to follow over the coming weeks but here’s some snaps from my compact plastic and beautifully wide lensed Vivi in the meantime …

Some lovely photos. Shows you don’t need top-range DSLR cameras to get good shots. (I use a Fuji Finepix)
